3. Studio Rules

3.1 Access & Hours: Studio access is permitted between 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Studio reserves the right to restrict access during maintenance or private events with reasonable advance notice.
3.2 Client must leave the studio clean and in good condition after each use.
3.3 Cleaning Fee: If the studio is left in disarray requiring additional cleaning, a cleaning fee of $45 may be charged and deducted from the security deposit

3.4 Props left behind must be stored neatly in designated areas.

3.5 Client is responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their clients, or guests.

3.6 Code Policy: Access codes are unique to each Client. Sharing codes with other clients is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

3.7 Guests: Rental Agreement covers Client and their paying clients only. If Client wishes to:

• Invite other photographers, creatives, or collaborators, or

• Host workshops, styled shoots, or events,

An Additional guest/host fee will apply. Rates will be provided by Studio upon request.

3.8 NO GLITTER, CHAMPAGNE, or PAINT. Anything that will stain or stay in the wood floors or walls will be an additional fee to Client.
